According to a September 30 comprehensive report, the 39th session of the Standing Committee of the 18th People's Congress of Zigong City, Sichuan Province was held on September 30, during which it was decided that Xiao Bingdong would serve as Acting Mayor of the Zigong Municipal People's Government.
Xiao Bingdong, male, of Han ethnicity, was born in February 1979 and holds a graduate degree. He is a member of the Communist Party of China.
