Weichai Power Publishes Interim Report and Adopts Full Electronic Dissemination of Corporate Communications

Weichai Power Co., Ltd. (Weichai Power) announced that its 2026 interim report is now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.weichaipower.com) and on the HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk). Shareholders who previously elected to receive printed materials will receive hard-copy versions in their chosen language.

In line with Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Listing Rules, the company has formalised a shift to electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms—replacing routine distribution of printed copies. Non-registered shareholders who wish to receive e-mail notifications of new publications must supply functional e-mail addresses to the financial intermediaries through which their H-shares are held. Without an e-mail on record, such investors will need to check Weichai Power’s and HKEX’s websites proactively for updates.

Stakeholders preferring hard-copy materials can still request them at no cost by sending a written or e-mail request, or by submitting the attached reply form to the company’s H-share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited. Enquiries can be directed to the hotline at +852 2295 3138 or via e-mail to print@weichai.com.hk during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–6 p.m., Hong Kong time).

The notice was issued on 30 September 2026 and signed by Chairman Ma Changhai on behalf of Weichai Power’s board.
