COSCO Shipping Development Updates Interim Dividend: RMB 0.022 Per Share, Payment on 26 Oct 2026

Hong Kong–listed COSCO Shipping Development Co., Ltd. has confirmed the details of its interim dividend for the six months ended 30 June 2026 and provided revised information on withholding-tax arrangements.

Dividend Declaration • Amount: RMB 0.022 per share, equivalent to HKD 0.02542 per share, based on an exchange rate of RMB 1 = HKD 1.155655. • Dividend Type: Ordinary, semi-annual distribution for the financial year ending 31 December 2026. • Ex-dividend Date: 23 September 2026. • Record Date: 30 September 2026, with the Hong Kong share register closed from 25 to 30 September 2026. • Payment Date: 26 October 2026. • Share Registrar: Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, Hopewell Centre, Wanchai, Hong Kong.

Updated Withholding-Tax Framework The notice refines tax treatment for various shareholder categories: 1. Non-resident enterprise shareholders: 10 % corporate income tax withheld at source under PRC tax regulations effective since January 2008. 2. Mainland resident individual shareholders: 20 % individual income tax withheld by the company. 3. Mainland investors participating via Shanghai- or Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect: – Individual investors: 20 % tax withheld. – Mainland securities investment funds: 20 % tax withheld on behalf of the fund. 4. Non-resident individual shareholders: 20 % individual income tax withheld in line with the MOF and SAT notice effective 1 September 2026.

For mainland enterprise investors accessing H-shares through Stock Connect, no withholding applies; such investors must self-declare and settle the applicable income tax.

Purpose of Announcement The filing constitutes an update to the prior dividend notice, specifically amending information related to withholding-tax arrangements.

Board Composition As at 24 September 2026, the board comprises Executive Directors Zhang Mingwen (Chairman) and Wang Kunhui; Non-Executive Directors Ip Sing Chi, Zhang Xueyan and Zheng Xiaozhe; and Independent Non-Executive Directors Shao Ruiqing, Chan Kwok Leung and Wu Daqi.
