ZJ United Investment Sets 31 July Board Meeting to Approve FY2026 Results and Consider Final Dividend

Zhejiang United Investment Holdings Group Limited (ZJ United Investment) has scheduled a board meeting for 31 July 2026. According to the company’s announcement, directors will review and approve the audited financial results for the year ended 30 April 2026 and decide on the possible declaration of a final dividend.

The meeting will also authorise publication of the audited results immediately after board approval. Executive Director Choi Pun Lap signed the notice on 21 July 2026.

Board composition at the time of the announcement comprises one executive director, Mr. Choi Pun Lap, and three independent non-executive directors: Mr. Leung Tsun Ip, Ms. Lam Yuen Man Maria, and Mr. Fu Yan Ming.

The company confirmed that all information in the notice is accurate and complete to the best of the directors’ knowledge, in accordance with GEM Listing Rules. The announcement will remain available on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website for at least seven days and is also posted on the company’s website.
