LX Technology Executes HKD 4.86 Million On-Market Buyback, Trimming Outstanding Shares by 0.07%

Hong Kong-listed LX Technology Group Limited disclosed that it repurchased 240,000 ordinary shares on 22 September 2026, deploying HKD 4.86 million through on-exchange transactions at prices ranging between HKD 19.84 and HKD 20.62 per share. The volume-weighted average repurchase price was approximately HKD 20.26.

Following the transaction, the company’s outstanding share count (excluding treasury shares) fell by 0.07% to 344.90 million, while treasury shares increased to 8.36 million, keeping total issued shares unchanged at 353.26 million.

The latest activity forms part of LX Technology’s shareholder-approved buyback mandate granted on 5 June 2026, which authorises repurchases of up to 35.06 million shares. Cumulative buybacks under this mandate now stand at 5.68 million shares, equivalent to 1.62% of the issued share base on the mandate date.

Under Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, LX Technology is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares for 30 days following the purchase. Consequently, the moratorium extends through 22 October 2026.

Liu Yan, Company Secretary, confirmed that the repurchases complied with Main Board Rule 10.06 and that no material changes have been made to the company’s previously filed explanatory statement.
